Join HPHTO in 2025 and be part of a movement that empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and drives global change through health education and advocacy.


At HPHTO, we address health challenges at every level—individual, community, and global—through education, advocacy, and direct action.

Empower Individuals

  • Provide access to accurate, actionable health information.
  • Conduct workshops on disease prevention, mental health, first aid, maternal and child health, nutrition, hygiene, and more.
  • Train youth leaders, educators, and healthcare workers to multiply the impact of health knowledge within their communities.

Strengthen Communities

  • Lead awareness campaigns on maternal and child care, infectious disease prevention, mental health, hygiene, vaccination, and more.
  • Organize community discussions, distribute educational materials, and host health-focused events to engage and inform the public.
  • Mobilize resources through donation drives for medical supplies, hygiene kits, clean water, and funds for healthcare.

Drive Systemic Change

  • Collaborate with local and global organizations to amplify impact and share resources.
  • Advocate for policies that improve healthcare access, equity, and affordability.
  • Develop scalable programs to address health challenges in underserved populations.

Choose Your Role:

  • Join Pre-Planned Initiatives: Help organize and execute projects designed by HPHTO leadership, such as workshops, awareness campaigns, or donation drives.
  • Propose Your Own Initiative: Pitch your own project idea and, if approved, receive full support to lead and implement it, including forming a team from HPHTO members.
  • Join a Specialized Office: Focus on a specific health area, such as maternal health, mental health, or infectious diseases, by joining one of our specialized offices.

Your Commitment, Our Recognition:

  • Complete 1 Large-Scale Project OR 2 Small-Scale Projects: Be listed in the HPHTO Member Directory on our website & receive a Membership Certificate.
  • Complete 2 Large-Scale + 4 Small-Scale Projects: Get a personalized detailed Impact Report for personal or professional reference.

Project Examples:

  • Large-Scale Projects:
    • Leading a nationwide health awareness campaign.
    • Organizing a large-scale donation drive to provide medical supplies or hygiene kits to multiple communities.
    • Coordinating an international webinar series on global health issues.
  • Small-Scale Projects:
    • Assisting at a local health fair or community clinic.
    • Translating educational materials for distribution.
    • Hosting a small workshop or seminar for a local school or community group.

  • You are 16 years or older.
  • You share our core values: Integrity, Kindness, Professionalism, Transparency, Discipline, Humility, Teamwork, Compassion, Empathy, Innovation, Excellence.
  • You are passionate about:
    • Empowering individuals with health knowledge.
    • Strengthening communities through advocacy and resources.
    • Driving change both locally and globally.
  • You can commit to a minimum of 8 hours/month from the date you’re accepted as a volunteer.
