📋 About the Roles
1️⃣ Social Media Manager
About the Role: You will manage HPHTO’s main social media accounts, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement. Your role includes developing content that promotes health awareness, shares HPHTO’s initiatives, and educates the public on key health topics.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Strong understanding of advocacy-driven digital communication
✅ Ability to create engaging posts related to health education and public awareness
2️⃣ Content Writers
About the Role: As a writer, you will develop articles, reports, and content focused on public health advocacy, medical awareness, and HPHTO’s ongoing projects. Your work will help educate and inform both local and international audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong writing and research skills in health-related topics
✅ Ability to craft clear, informative, and well-structured articles
✅ Experience in journalism, health communication, or content writing (preferred but not required)
3️⃣ Graphic Designers
About the Role: You will create visual content to support HPHTO’s public health campaigns, infographics, and awareness initiatives. Your designs will help translate complex medical topics into easy-to-understand visuals.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in graphic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
✅ Creativity in presenting health-related content visually
✅ Ability to work with branding guidelines and deadlines
4️⃣ Video Editors
About the Role: You will edit and produce videos that highlight HPHTO’s health advocacy work, medical awareness initiatives, and community-driven projects. Your work will help make health education more engaging and accessible.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with video editing software
✅ Ability to create engaging and educational health-related videos
✅ Understanding of storytelling through video in a health advocacy setting
5️⃣ Web Designer
About the Role: You will help maintain and improve HPHTO’s website, ensuring that it remains accessible, informative, and up to date with our latest health initiatives and resources.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with website design and management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
✅ Strong eye for layout, user experience, and accessibility in health communication
✅ Ability to update content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly experience
✅ Ability to create an automated volunteer point system for our membership portal
✅ Capability to periodically update the portal with HPHTO’s latest events, achievements, and volunteer contributions
6️⃣ Membership & Volunteer Coordinator
About the Role: You will be responsible for recruiting volunteers and managing the general membership process. Your role includes handling membership applications, forwarding them to the appropriate country chapters, and conducting interviews for applicants from countries without an HPHTO chapter. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for member concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed appropriately. You will collaborate with the Training & Capacity Building Coordinator to ensure members receive necessary training.

✅ Experience in volunteer recruitment and membership coordination
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage membership applications efficiently
✅ Experience in conducting interviews and resolving member concerns
✅ Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaged volunteer community

If a volunteer is unable to fulfill their role after receiving reminders and support, we may transition the position to another individual who can contribute more effectively.
- 🔸 Support & Recognition: Volunteers who successfully complete their term will receive a Letter of Appreciation from the Country Director, acknowledging their contributions to HPHTO’s mission.
